Jean-Michel Basquiat and Helen...

At the moment is at the Fondation Beyeler in Basel an exhibition from Jean-Michel Basquiat. He was one of the most fascinating and controversial personalities in the art world. He started on the York underground as a graffiti sprayer, musician and actor, he began to devote himself to painting at nineteen. He was supported by Andy Warhol and advanced to become an internationally acclaimed star. He created over 1000 painting before he died in the age of twenty-seven. I have some pictures from him and his art here for you. The exhibition is since 5.09.2010 . I think his art is very expressive and impressive.
